Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for digital Products sold by VGDEV Solutions on https://vgdevsolutions.gr/.

1) 14-day money-back guarantee (commercial policy)

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for most Products unless a Product page states otherwise.

To request a refund, email info@vgdevsolutions.gr within 14 days of purchase and include:

  • your order number (if available),

  • the Product name,

  • the activation domain (if applicable),

  • a brief reason (optional, but helpful).

2) What happens when a refund is granted

If a refund is approved:

  • we will initiate a refund to the original payment method (where possible),

  • the associated license key may be revoked/disabled,

  • access to downloads/updates may be removed.

3) When refunds may be refused (anti-abuse)

Because Products are digital and may include immediate access, we may refuse refunds in cases such as:

  • repeated refund behavior suggesting abuse,

  • license sharing/reselling/piracy,

  • chargebacks filed without contacting us first,

  • requests made after the 14-day guarantee period (unless required by mandatory law).

If the Product is materially defective or not as described and we cannot reasonably fix it, we will work with you toward a fair resolution.

4) EU/EEA right of withdrawal (digital content)

If you are an EU/EEA consumer, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. However, for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal can be lost once performance begins if you request immediate access and acknowledge losing that right (for example via a checkbox at checkout).

This legal right is separate from our 14-day money-back guarantee, which is a voluntary commercial policy described in this Refund Policy.

Refund timing depends on your payment method and bank. We will confirm once the refund is initiated.
