Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of VGDEV Solutions (“we”, “us”, “our”), the website https://vgdevsolutions.gr/ (the “Site”), and the purchase and use of our digital products, including WordPress/WooCommerce plugins, add-ons, and related digital downloads (the “Products”).

By accessing the Site or purchasing/downloading any Product, you agree to these Terms.

2) Digital products and delivery

All Products are digital content delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.

Delivery is considered completed when we provide access to the Product, for example by:

  • providing a download link,

  • providing a license key,

  • providing access via your account area, and/or

  • sending delivery information to your email address.

3) License terms (1 website/domain per license)

Unless a Product page explicitly states otherwise, each purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for 1 (one) website/domain.

You may not:

  • share, publish, resell, sublicense, rent, or redistribute any Product or license key,

  • use a single license key on multiple websites/domains,

  • remove or alter copyright notices,

  • use the Product for unlawful purposes or in violation of third-party rights.

We may suspend or revoke a license key if we detect abuse, fraud, chargebacks, piracy, or a violation of these Terms.

4) Lifetime updates

Unless otherwise stated on a Product page, Products include lifetime updates (no renewals). “Lifetime updates” means:

  • access to future versions/updates of the Product that we release.

“Lifetime updates” does not mean:

  • unlimited custom development,

  • guaranteed compatibility with every future WordPress/WooCommerce/theme/plugin/hosting change,

  • availability of third-party services or APIs forever.

5) Support

Support is provided as described on the Site or Product pages (if stated). Support generally covers:

  • basic installation/activation guidance,

  • product usage questions,

  • bug reports and troubleshooting.

Support does not include custom development, third-party configuration beyond reasonable guidance, or work caused by piracy/modified (“nulled”) software.

6) Compatibility and requirements

You are responsible for ensuring the Product is compatible with your environment (WordPress, WooCommerce, PHP version, hosting, theme/plugins). We may publish and update minimum requirements.

7) Pricing

Prices are displayed on the Site in the currency shown on the Product page/checkout. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect completed purchases.

8) Payments and receipts (important)

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. You may receive a payment receipt as confirmation of payment.

We currently provide payment receipts only. We do not issue VAT invoices/tax invoices through this checkout at this time.
If you require a VAT invoice/tax invoice, please contact us before purchasing at info@vgdevsolutions.gr to confirm whether it can be accommodated.

9) Refunds and license revocation

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy (below). If a refund is granted, we may revoke/disable the relevant license key and remove access to downloads/updates.

10) EU/EEA right of withdrawal (digital content)

If you are an EU/EEA consumer purchasing digital content online, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. However, for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, that right can be lost once performance begins if you:

  1. request immediate access, and

  2. acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal.

Where we provide immediate access/download/license delivery, we may require your confirmation at checkout (e.g., via a checkbox). This legal withdrawal right is separate from any voluntary “money-back” policy we may offer.

11) Prohibited behavior

You agree not to:

  • attempt to bypass licensing or security,

  • abuse support channels,

  • attack or disrupt the Site,

  • scrape or copy Site content at scale,

  • misrepresent identity or payment information.

12) Intellectual property

All Products, code, documentation, and Site content are owned by VGDEV Solutions (or licensors). You receive only the license rights described in these Terms.

13) Disclaimers

Products are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Product will be error-free or compatible with every third-party environment.

14) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VGDEV Solutions will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim related to a Product will not exceed the amount you paid for that Product.

15) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date will reflect changes. Continued use of the Site or Products after updates means you accept the updated Terms.

16) Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts in Greece, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
