Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of VGDev Solutions ("we", "us"), the website https://vgdevsolutions.gr/ (the "Site"), and the purchase and use of our digital products, including WordPress/WooCommerce plugins, add-ons and related digital downloads (the "Products"). By accessing the Site or purchasing/downloading any Product, you accept these Terms.

2. Digital products and delivery

All Products are digital content delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped. Delivery is considered complete when we provide access to the Product, e.g. via a download link, a license key, access through your account, and/or details sent to your email.

3. License terms (1 site/domain per license)

Unless a Product page explicitly states otherwise, each purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for 1 (one) site/domain. You may not:

• share, publish, resell, sub-license, rent or redistribute any Product or license key,
• use one license key on multiple sites/domains,
• remove or alter copyright notices,
• use the Product for unlawful purposes or in violation of third-party rights.

We may suspend or revoke a license key if we detect abuse, fraud, chargebacks, piracy or a breach of these Terms.

4. Lifetime updates

Unless stated otherwise on a Product page, Products include lifetime updates (no renewals). This means access to future versions/updates of the Product that we release. It does not mean unlimited custom development, guaranteed compatibility with every future WordPress/WooCommerce/theme/plugin/hosting change, or the perpetual availability of third-party services or APIs.

5. Support

Support is provided as described on the Site or on Product pages. It generally covers basic installation/activation guidance, usage questions and bug reports. It does not include custom development, configuration of third-party services beyond reasonable guidance, or work arising from pirated or modified ("nulled") software.

6. Compatibility and requirements

You are responsible for the compatibility of the Product with your environment (WordPress, WooCommerce, PHP version, hosting, theme/plugins). We may publish and update minimum requirements.

7. Pricing

Prices are shown on the Site in the currency indicated. Prices may change at any time, but changes do not affect completed purchases.

8. Payments and invoices

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers.

9. Refunds and license revocation

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. If a refund is approved, we may revoke/deactivate the related license key and remove access to downloads/updates.

10. EU/EEA right of withdrawal (digital content)

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA buying digital content online, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. However, for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, this right can be lost once performance begins, if you request immediate access and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal. Where we provide immediate access/download/license, we may ask for your confirmation at checkout (e.g. via a checkbox). This legal right is separate from any voluntary "money-back" policy.

11. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to circumvent licensing or security, not to abuse support channels, not to attack or disrupt the Site, not to bulk-copy content, and not to provide false identity or payment details.

12. Intellectual property

All Products, code, documentation and Site content belong to VGDev Solutions (or its licensors). You receive only the license rights described in these Terms.

13. Disclaimers

The Products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Product will be error-free or compatible with every third-party environment.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VGDev Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim relating to a Product will not exceed the amount you paid for that Product.

15. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date will reflect the changes. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Greece, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules provide otherwise.
