Install & Activate the Plugin
After purchasing the plugin:
- Go to Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin in your WordPress dashboard
- Upload the ZIP file and click Install Now
- Click Activate to enable the plugin
- Make sure WooCommerce is already installed and active

Activate Your License
Unlock automatic updates and full functionality:
- Navigate to the plugin's License tab
- Paste the license key you received after purchase
- Click Activate License and wait for confirmation
- Once activated, all ACS features will be available

Configure ACS API Credentials
Enter your ACS Web Service credentials:
Required API Information:- Go to WooCommerce > ACS Courier in your WordPress admin
- Enter Company ID (provided by ACS)
- Enter Company Password
- Enter User ID for Web Service access
- Enter User Password
- Enter API Key
- Enter Billing Code
- Set Sender name (appears on vouchers)
Note: Contact ACS at 210 8190000 to request Web Service API access if you don't have credentials yet.
Test Your Connection:- Click the Test Connection button in the settings
- Wait for the success message confirming API connectivity
- If the test fails, double-check your credentials

Configure Label & Order Settings
Customize voucher and label behavior:
Label Settings:- Default Weight: Set default parcel weight in kg (e.g., 0.5)
- Print Size: Choose between Flyer (A5) or Sticker (10x10)
- Uppercase Conversion: Enable to convert Greek addresses to uppercase without accents
Order Automation:- Order Status Change: Optionally change order status after voucher creation
- Email Tracking: Enable to include tracking info in completed order emails
- Debug Mode: Enable for detailed API logging (for troubleshooting)
Click Save Settings when done.

Create Your First Voucher
Start creating vouchers from your orders:
- Open any WooCommerce order
- Find the ACS Courier metabox on the right side
- Review the pre-filled recipient information
- Select any additional ACS services (COD, SAT, etc.)
- Click Create Voucher
- The voucher number and PDF label link will appear immediately
How It Works
For Store Owners:
- Customer places an order in your WooCommerce store
- You open the order and click "Create Voucher" in the ACS metabox
- Plugin sends order details securely to ACS API
- ACS returns voucher number and generates PDF label

Contact ACS Courier's customer service at 210 8190000 to request Web Service API access. You'll need to provide your company information and ACS account details. Once approved, you'll receive: Company ID, Company Password, User ID, User Password, API Key, and Billing Code. Enter these credentials in the plugin settings under WooCommerce > ACS Courier to activate the integration.
Does the plugin support Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes! The plugin automatically detects when an order uses the "Cash on Delivery" payment method and includes the COD amount in the voucher. The ACS courier will collect payment upon delivery and transfer it to your account according to your agreement with ACS. All COD information appears on the printed shipping label.
What label formats can I print?
The plugin supports two ACS-approved label formats: Flyer (A5 size) for regular printers, and Sticker (10x10cm) for thermal label printers. You can set your preferred format in the plugin settings.
