How refunds work for VGDev Solutions digital products.
This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for the digital Products sold by VGDev Solutions at https://vgdevsolutions.gr/.
1. 14-day money-back guarantee (commercial policy)
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on most Products, unless a Product page states otherwise. To request a refund, email info@vgdevsolutions.gr within 14 days of purchase and include:
- your order number (if available),
- the Product name,
- the activation domain (if applicable),
- a short reason (optional, but it helps).
2. What happens when a refund is approved
If a refund is approved, we will issue it to the original payment method (where possible), the related license key may be revoked/deactivated, and access to downloads/updates may be removed.
3. When a refund may be declined (abuse prevention)
Because the Products are digital and may include immediate access, we may decline refunds in cases such as:
- repeated refund behavior that indicates abuse,
- license sharing/resale/piracy,
- chargebacks filed without contacting us first,
- requests after the 14-day guarantee period (unless required by mandatory law).
If a Product is materially defective or does not match its description and we cannot reasonably fix it, we will work with you toward a fair solution.
4. EU/EEA right of withdrawal (digital content)
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. However, for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal can be lost once performance begins, if you request immediate access and acknowledge that you lose that right (for example via a checkbox at checkout). This legal right is separate from the 14-day money-back guarantee, which is a voluntary commercial policy.

The time a refund takes depends on your payment method and bank. We will notify you once the refund has been initiated.
